Coverages are changing for 2025, so even if you are happy with your current plan - verify that your coverage will remain the same. Your insurance carrier should have sent you an Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC) letter with this information.

When you enroll in coverage, ensure your dental coverage is for a PPO plan as we do not participate with any HMO plans.:

In addition to traditional insurance, you can also purchase a Discount Plan. These plans utilize insurance carrier fees and networks. They have negotiated discounts with dental providers, but instead of the insurance company controlling claims and payments, all services are paid by the patient. These plans premiums are more cost effective when compared to traditional insurance premiums.
